2012 — 2014
Reyada Construction Industries
The late Eng. Mohammed Alraies (1969–2020) established Reyada Construction Industries in 2012 as one of the group's principal industrial operations in Egypt and Libya. By 2014, the group's activities had expanded into construction and building-system manufacturing across the Libyan and Southern African markets, with his son, Moustafa Alraies, joining in carrying the industrial vision forward.
2014 — 2020
Structural GRC Building Systems
Driven by a continued focus on technological innovation, value addition and industrial growth, the group expanded the development and deployment of Structural GRC Building Systems into Sub-Saharan Africa through MAR & DAR SWAZI GRC in the Kingdom of Eswatini and through strategic collaborations in regional markets. This period established much of the technical and operational foundation upon which the group's present GRC activities are built.
2020 — Present
GRC International Holdings, GRC Africa & GRC Zambia
Following the passing of Eng. Mohammed Alraies in 2020, his son, Moustafa Alraies, continued the industrial legacy they had built together. The group's previous experience, technology and industrial activities were subsequently brought under the wider GRC International Holdings structure, with GRC Africa serving as its regional plant supplier, operations and deployment platform across Africa. This progression ultimately led to the establishment of GRC Zambia in 2026, extending the group's Structural GRC industrial platform into the Zambian market.
